215.8. (Repealed).

215.8. In addition to its power of extension under section 85.17, the Government may determine up to which other later date the measure provided in Division IV of Chapter V.1 of Title I may continue to apply in respect of non-unionizable employees who meet the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 to 3 of section 215.5.1. The government, after taking into account the valuation referred to in section 215.7 or any subsequent such valuation, may determine any other later date until which the measure may continue to apply.
No order made pursuant to the first paragraph may take effect more than 12 months before its adoption.
